Help! My car went into fail safe

Anybody out there that can give me a little direction would be appreciated. I have a 04 G35 MT, with a vortech SC. The car has been running great until I started it yesterday and got the dreaded 3 lights and 2400 RPM max. I did a code read (P0100-P0102) which is the MAF air volume signal low or low voltage. I cleaned the MAF (wasn't dirty) replaced the K&N air cleaner...same problem. Purchased a new MAF ($210.00) and have the same problem.(did get my money back)
I have the G35 manual which walks you through the diagnostics, Electrical isn't my area of expertise but I'm willing to try to find the problem. I would have to pay for towing to a repair shop and then some...and really need the car to get to work on Tuesday...thanks much

Where did you get the MAF? For sensors, factory quality is the only way to go sometimes.

Have you had any wires to the MAF cut before? If those connections get shorted somehow it could cause this issue.

The MAF was OEM...I returned it since I had the same issue. No, The wires haven't been changed whatsoever
