Operating Temp

I've noticed this ever since I got the car, but given that I'm planning on changing the coolant soon I figured this would be a good time to change the thermostat if it needed to be done. My question is, where does your temperature usually sit? This is a picture of where mine sits normally. It seems a bit cooler than I thought it should be but maybe it's business as usual.

your needle is in the right spot (i feel dirty writing that). fwiw, after you get to operating temp, that needle won't move without a large change in temps.
