ok so when im driving i can feel the shifter jump back when i get on the gas, it goes back and forth only when im in 1st and 2nd gear. then when im cruising its fine. the motor doesnt move sideways or anything so the motor mounts is good. so im assuming the g35 trans mount is weak. so today i go under the car to take out the mount and it looks fine no rips or stress.

the car is an 04 g35 6mt

what can it be ? or is it just the g35 mounts that are pieces of **** ?
