Here is how to make a power steering reservior with some simple materials and a welder:


I'm using 304 stainless for the project since it's much less capable of cracking with lots of vibration.

Also, since I used a 4inch x 4 inch tube this will hold just a bit more fluid than OEM.



I'll post more pics by monday as that is the projected delivery date for murrays (for the cap and spout).

Just called Murrays... filler cap should arrive today

 

Filler cap was made from aluminum, so I passed by a local machine shop to have them make me a cap and base
