Oem nissan shocks ftw!! Mine are 11.5.. I like them cause they don't open the hood real high.. just enough..

you dont have to drill through it. he made a bracket that bolts up to it and you drill a hole thru that bracket for the top mount.

bumping an old thread...

i followed the DIY from my350z.com and it spec 15" dampers. I got them and they seem much too long. Also 60lbs seems pretty damn strong. Post #15 says 13.5", I assume thats for a G35?

What is the length (eye to eye) for G35 dampers? Do people use the 60lb ones or 45lb. Its for a stock hood.
