Question Revup Plenum on a Non-Revup Engine??

Has anyone put the Revup lower plenum on a non-revup engine and dynoed the results?

Pretty much every thread in my searches turn up installing the non-revup (ie MREV2) on to the revup engines.

I'm wondering if the gains we see by using the non-rev on revup engines are reversed by doing the opposite. My wife has an 06 FX35 and I have an 06 G coupe 6MT (revup), and I'm considering swapping lower plenums between the cars.

I can see this going a few ways: a) the revup plenum robs HP/Tq from the FX (not good). b) the plenum actually shows a gain similar to a spacer, since airflow is 'improved' to the front cylinders. c) the plenum has no effect on the FX.

If B or C are true, then free upgrade for me, if A is true then I'll be on the hunt for a non-rev plenum.

you would lose a lot of torque in trade off for high rpm gains. not a lot of useable power - mostly just losses
