... WAIT A MINUTE... or maybe...?

Hey,

Im installing a motordyne iso copper plenum spacer and its the 5/16 size. What im lost on is how it came with 1/2 plastic spacers for the middle.

Is that correct or did i get the wrong plastic spacers??

I believe that is how it comes bro. The plastic spacers are the same because the screws that go back into the upper plenum are the same. The spacer itself is what changes in size.

you should remove those "guide bolts" and use the screws that came with it

remove from the top side - if you dont have a star then just use a small socket

the spacers arent really that tall cuz if you saw, they are recessed some so they seat against the inside of the plenum where the bolts go through. and i cant remember what size the 2 studs are but they are a small star/torx bit, take them out and put the same (as the others all around) size bolts in and you're done. make sure you tightened them all in sequence and to proper torque!
