Replaced Spark Plugs and idling drops
I changed sparkplugs on my G "NGK Coppers" and after installing I noticed that at Idle it seems to drop as if it was goin to die but it jumps up back to normal idle and back and forth. I noticed in some of the cylinders there was oil leakage but I've had that before and never bothered with The idle. Any opinions????
I know this sounds stupid but make sure the right wires are hooked up to the right coils for each corresponding cylinder. Also did you torque down the spark plugs to spec and did you have pictures of your old spark plugs to see how the burned.
Stupid questions help some people lol. Yea I got them connected right because I did everyspark plug individually. I didn't take pics of the plugs I should have didn't snap.
Just a thought...cus I did this when I replaced mine. I actually knocked a sensor connection loose while I had my hands in there trying to get the coil out, tighten down, etc....I happened to notice it when I was picking up my tools from under the hood. Lucky me
