I've yet to see a compelling reason not to just go with OEM, NGK PLFR5A-11...unless you're FI.

What mods do you have? Unless you have every bolt-on imaginable I would stick with OEM.

Which intake? Almost all intakes for our cars lose power.

It's not worth it to get a tune now, in my opinion.

Get a Motordyne plenum spacer and high-flow cats/test pipes/ART pipes. Then get a tune after that.

Also, as fullvietFX mentioned, most aftermarket intakes result in less power on the VQ35DE engine.

If you put on the 5/16 spacer you will be able to keep your engine cover. Also your wasting your $ on your tune. Because your going to have to pay for a re-tune when you add hfc or test pipes and spacer at a later date.. Get all your bolt-ons then tune..

if you don't take advice when you requested it...

There is no way that you needed a tune yet. You should have bought a plenum spacer and HFC/TP/ART before you thought of a tune.

You should read up more about cars and mods. Plenty of info on here.
