Smile Idler Pulley How to replace.

my idler pulley(Alt.side) is seized. How to replace this one?Is there a tensioner release from the alternator? Thnks!

Loosen the center bolt on the frt of pulley then locate the adjuster rod on the back of the pulley and loosen.After removing belt from the pulley loosen the pulley bolt all the way and there you go.
