Couple of codes on a 04 coupe

Okay, so i have actually only had the car for 2 weeks and bought the car with the engine light on. The car has 88000 miles on her right now. It is 6mt...

When i got her home i put her on the scanner and it came up with P0302, which i know is the 2nd cylinder misfire. I was told to try to change the plugs first to see if that helped so i ordered some NGK iridium to put on.

Okay 3 days later i recieved the plugs in along with the 5/16th plenum spacer from motordyne and a injen cold air intake. I installed all of the things i had recieved.

now, originally when i first pulled the code i took out the plug and cleaned it, after that i erased the code and cranked the car back up. Immediately after cranking it back up the engine light came back up which is why i just ordered the set.

after i installed everything now 3 codes pull up, 2 P0302s (which seems a little odd to me, but hey i am not the scanner) and P1706 which has something to do with the neutral switch? I think well i dunno... So, i put the coil pack that was on 2nd cylinder on 4th cylinder and no change, still read that it was the 2nd cylinder.

Basically, i don't know what it is causing these codes and any help would be really appreciated

Thanks in advance

One more thing, it doesn't seem like there is a mis or anything. I have noticed a tick though the tick very very faint more like oil needs to be changed if anything. Just figured id mention it.
