Lots of Codes after putting new Engine in

Okay, so my engine blew last July and i just finished putting in a refurbed engine in today. Now, it cranks but is missing some bad and just want some ideas of what direction i should go.

The codes it is throwing are

P0300,Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
**********
P0327,Knock Sensor 1 Circuit Low Input (Bank I or Single Sensor)
**********
P0102,Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Low Input
**********
P0113,Intake Air Temperature Circuit High Input

Okay so the car is running better with the random misfire gone, but the P0327 pops up every once in awhile, and i feel hesitation in the throttle between about 2800 thru 4000, haven't went higher than that yet. Now that only happens while in gear..

I am also getting PNP Switch code, which was happening before i changed the engine and also i don't have an auto so idk there either

Oh what i did to get it running good, was cleaned the throttle body, the maf sensor and played with the plugs wallow ( big part was my not paying attention)

I had the knock sensor code for a while and it makes the car sluggish as hell. Lots of good info on my350z regarding this. In some cases the knock sensor harness wire is pinched causing the weak connection or the actual knock sensor itself isn't seated tightly. Pita sense its directly in the center of your block

Fixed mine by purchasing the entire fuel injector wire set from z1motorsports.

The funny thing is, when i clear the knock sensor code it doesnt come back for a while like 20+ miles but def is majorly sluggish. I really hope i dont have to tear it apart again ha that'd suck! Ima check to see if the wires pinched tom, maybe i'll get lucky

Takes it a while to register itself but I had driven with that code sense I got my car and after having it fixed now and feeling the difference I can say its a big deal to get it fixed asap. My throttle response and gas mileage is night and day

Did u do a throttle body reset?? That could be one of your problems if u feel a hesitation in your throttle..
