Valve Cover Gaskets - Ad Nauseum

I know this has been covered in other Threads but, I wanted to post a couple pics to confirm my suspicions...

Plugs 1 - 5 look like this....

Where as Plug #6 looks like this...

My Question is three-fold...

1. Is this the dreaded leaking Valve Cover Gasket?

2. How long do I have before this becomes a real issue... I mean... until I changed my plugs out today, I had no idea I suffered from this.

3. Is it true that the only solution to this is to change the Valve Covers?

Thanx in advance for all your legitimate not-flaming responses!
