Quick exhaust question

UPDATE: So im most likely going to pick it up tomorrow morning with axleback, extension, and midpipe and hope it lines up with my y pipe, but now the guy is telling me he doesnt have the gaskets it came with. But he also claims that he is running his current set up without gaskets and without issue...... Might this cause a problem? specially with so many connected pipes i.e. axleback to 2 extensions, 2 extensions to 2 midpipes, midipipes to y pipe? Seems theres too many places a leak can occur.. ?

Whats up everyone, have a quick question about an exhaust im looking to purchase soon. Its an hks replica from what it looks like from a 350z made by m2 performance.

In the description it states an axleback, mid pipe, y pipe, and extension for g35. The y pipe looks to be used or oem. My question is will the mid pipe connect to my stock y pipe or will i have to buy a complete new set up? My goal is to run a stock y pipe for a while at least until my emissions comes up but Id like to see if I can get the rest on there without issue and ive already talked the guy down to $200 so dont wanna pass it up.

Heres a link to the ad for anyone who cant understand my horrible description

Thanks in advance for any help

That is NOT a stock Y-pipe, so its hard to tell. I would be inclined to believe that you could just bolt it up, but couldn't guarantee it. But shoot for the price man go for it. As long as you keep the factory cats you shouldn't have any trouble passing emissions so i'd say bolt up the whole thing and go for it

I would definitely replace all the gaskets especially if it's a used exhaust system to make sure you don't have leaks!

gaskets are pretty cheap. You may even be able to get them at autozone. If not then the dealership
