OEM '04 350Z Touring springs?

Have an opportunity to pick up a set of 2004 Z OEM Touring model springs ... from what I've read, these should be the same rate/stiffness as the coupe's OEM springs which is good as I'm pretty satisfied with the ride/handling quality of the car. Does anyone know if the length of these would provide a reasonable but not too radical drop if installed on a G? I have the full aero package, so the lowest point on the car seems to be the ground effect right behind the front wheels (~4.5 inches). If these springs would get 1/2 inch all the way around, I'd be satisfied. I haven't been able to find any info specifically mentioning if the 2004 touring springs had been tried or used, though.

Thanks for any info.

If your installing on a coupe it will drop about .5 inch. On a sedan it would drop about 1 inch. Spring rate is the same as the coupe or sedan sport springs.

So there's no difference in the springs among the various "models" of 350Z's out there (touring, track, etc)? Or are you talking about the touring model that I mentioned specifically?

The springs are all the same on all the 350Z's (just talking about the coupes, not sure if the roadsters have different spring rates since they are heavier). Same height, same spring rate. The revised '04's and up could have had a slight change in spring rate but not sure if I read that as fact or speculation. Regardless you should be good with the springs from any 350Z.

I put some 350z track springs on my coupe(all z springs have the same stiffness as the coupe). It dropped exactly 1/2 in. at all four corners(before and after measurements). Ride felt about the same, handling felt the same. Looks a little better asthetically. No alignment problems either.
