Sluggish engine...or Tranny?

I have an 05 coupe 5AT with 67k miles...I drive my car an hour the one weekend and ever since then my car seems like it's extremely sluggish. I changed my spark plugs, replaced the air filter...I have the oil changed every 3k, recently inspected...it seems like my rpms are too low in every gear...more than normal and when I punch it, acceleration is sluggish and minimal, in over drive the engine is louder than it ever was before...any thoughts?

If there are no codes stored, monitor all powertrain data (engine and transmission) and look for faults. I had a similar problem and in my case the wheel speed sensors were reporting 0mph, while the transmission (automatic) was reporting 19mph. There were no codes stored and no way to tell the car was in limp mode other than the poor performance. Ended up having to replace the vavle body to resolve the problem.

Also does the car come out of Limp mode on its own, or is this a manual process, and if so how? Thanks
