When I accelerate my emergency brake light comes on for a few seconds, then the traction control light comes on and stays on. This happens like half of the time I drive. Any ideas? I checked the ebrake obviously and it's not engaged and not stuck. Thanx.

 

It may sound silly, but check your brake fluid. It's probably low. This happened to me when my brakes were worn down and needed replacement.

 

Thought the same, but that's not it. Figure it has to be related to brakes somehow.
