DIY Power Steering High Pressure Hose

Well, as some of you know I beat the crap out of my and I track it.

So with 20's it takes a toll on a lot of parts. One being the power steering high pressure hose.

anyhow... you can remove yours take it to a hydraulic hose repair place and VIOLA you now have the ability to have a AN fitting hose along with a super high pressure hose....

The hose i opted for is 12k psi burst rate and 3k Constant workload.

OEM hoses don't even reach 1,200 workload.... hopefully this lasts longer...

This was helpful. My hoses burst and my pump cracked. I will try this out and see if this helps.

Would anyone happen to know the part number for the high pressure line from the pump to the rack?

Did you use the hose to replace the high pressure hard line that connects to the rack and pinion. The photos do not come up so i can not see what you did.
