please help. Fuel return line size and length?

Hey guys-

As the title says, Does anyone by any chance know what size and length of hose i would need to run a fuel return system? And by any chance know what fittings are needed?

Reason for doing so: I am switching from outdated split second piggy back to osiris and their GT MAF sensor, therefor i am in need of a fuel return system. I already have installed on there now 550cc deatschwerks, 255lph walboro, drilled out fuel rails. I have a fuel pressure regulator with the fuel return valve on it waiting to be installed once i find the tube sizes lengths and fittings.

Also, will i/should i get an inline FMU, like the vortech 10:1 FMU?

I really appreciate it, if anyone can help me ill happily send a few dollars through paypal fro your time.

Im spending 1600$ for the switch to osiris and getting it done monday so the sooner the better,

That being said please text me anytime day or night 410 346 2554 thanks so much in advance

to admin, i wasnt sure where to post so i posted in FI tech category as well. If thats not ok please delete one that doesnt belong and im sorry

Not a whole lot of help, but since the return side is low pressure you should just be able to run a fuel line from the regulator back to the tank. Although if it were me, I would run a hard line back to the tank as opposed to ~10 feet of rubber fuel line just for the peace of mind. What fittings are you talking about? At the tank or at the regulator? If you're talking about the return valve on the regulator just find out what the size fitting it will accept and hit up McMaster-Carr.

As far as the FMU, I dont have a whole lot of knowledge on it, Someone please correct me if I am wong here, but since you upgraded the fuel pump and are getting properly tuned with Osiris I cant imagine you would need one. Is the pressure regulator adjustable or rising-rate?

I might not have 100% answers for you, but at least its a free bump and some food for thought.
