Really weird trouble with my g35 03 sedan

hi there people, this would be my first post and idk if i am doing it right but i have a big problem with my g35 03 sedan.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3E_9X...ature=youtu.be

the battery light, check engine light and the oil light all come up at the same time and i think it is an electrical problem but idk how to proceed. before, i could still drive without thinking about it too much but now, it is happening too much (about 7 times each day) and i am becoming frustrated by it . how i drive now is i have to warm it up (get the temperature gauge to half) before it becomes a little stable to drive.
can someone please help me out??

if your vehicle is stopping randomly it is very likely to be the CAM PHASE sensors.

There are 2 - it could be either one, or both causing your this problem. The drivers side is Angled and the Passenger side is straight - for reference when/if you need to buy new ones.

how many miles do you have? have you check oil level, etc? Most of the time if the cam sensor is going bad you will be able to see a pending code in the DTCs by scanning the ECU. Autozone/O'reilly do it for free. I'd start there.

Cheapest place to buy new sensors is probably www.rockauto.com - but then you have to wait for shipping.

Mine just went out on me for the first time a couple weeks ago - car just died while accelerating and wouldn't start again. Swapped out the cam sensor that was the problem and it started right up.

i have about 140,000 miles on the car and yes i have checked the oil level. i have thrown a lot of money on this car trying to figure out what is going on with it. i took it to the delership to get the oil changed ($45), i did a tune up a few days ago ($220), i replaced my radiator and the fan (separate problem but ran me about $400) and still the problem persists. i have taken the car to several mechanics and they all cannot find a solution for me.
thanks for the reply and i will check it out but can i ask you: could it be the catalytic converter??

Sounds like this is your problem same thing happened to me recently. Get your PCM scanned for pending codes...first step

Even if you don't find pending codes - i would just replace them both. They will fail eventually and they may not kick a code yet. No harm in replacing them and it will probably fix your problem. The last thing you want is to be stranded and have to replace it later.

They are so easy to replace you should be able to do it yourself no matter your skill level. Just have to get the connector off, and then 1 bolt(10mm).

The most common issue on this car w/ random dying is from cam phase sensors and it will happen to pretty much everyone.
