Question Need some opinions on rattling sound from cylinders

Hey everyone. So i have a 2006 g35 auto sedan. I dont really think it matters for this problem though. I heAr a rattling coming from what seems like inside the back right cylinder ( the one closest to the driver). Its always present but gets really loud when you lightly press the accelerator. I really dont know what it is but i want some advice so i can get it fixed. It sounds somewhere between a clicking sound and a baseball card in a bicycle wheel. The sound goes away (at least in the cabin) when im not pressing the accelerator. Thanks to anyone who attempts to help me out!.

sounds like a bent valve.... id recommend taking off the valve cover and checking it out.... rub your finger along the cam lobe to see if there is any excessive wear on it(stuck valve)
