Car won't start anymore 2003 6mt

Whoa been probably over 5 years since I posted here or browsed this forums. Good to be back.

I have a 2003 Coupe 6mt. Since moving to the islands I've only put 2000k miles since 2007.

Car has been sitting in the garage for awhile. The last time I started it up was about 6 month ago. I re installed a 6 month old battery that I charged to 100%. The car started right up. After inflating all 4 tires from 20lbs to 34lbs I started to drive to the gas station cause the tank was somewhat close to empty. On the way there I notice a little power loss. I filled the tank up and I had a hard time starting the car. Took 4 tries before the car started. Even then the rpms idled at 300-400ish then revved up to normal. On the way home I the car just looses power when I hit 40mph with the exhaust noise emitting a spuddering noise. When I barely got home I turned off the car and tried to start the car. Eventually I got to the point were the car does not start, but the started turns fine.

So the last time my car was running, when I floored it neutral the car rev'd really slow but will ultimately make putt putt noise in the exhaust and loose power and rpms dropped. Finally after doing that a few times the car died and unable to start.

Any experienced this? Kind of remind me when my camshaft sensor died on my BMW and Mercedes, but ultimately they never preventing me to start the car.
No Error Codes etc.

Thanks.
