Hard start and weak power, No Codes

Alright guys so im having a major issue with my car. Right now the car has difficulty starting and I always have to crank it for a few seconds (5-8) to get it started. Strange thing is that if I take off my filter and completely cover the intake with my hand and have someone start it, itll start right up! What can this be??

Thanks!

Okay so the fuel pumps strainer and the gas tank was full of some silver residue, I installed a new
Pump and cleaned the tank but the problem still persists... I'm thinking that fuel lines are clogged. Can this be the problem. No codes at all.

It was almost like a primer, it wasn't rust, I have no clue what it was actually! And just by cleaning with rags and rulers to get underneath corners and the dividers. Biggest PITA and I have cuts all over my hand lol
