I was having issues with my old ECM and purchased a replacement. With this new unit installed I am unable to get the ECM to recognize my key, the typical crank but no start scenario with the red illuminating security light on solid. I attempted various reset procedures such as the one with pressing the throttle multiple times, tried cycling the key to the on position 3 times, locking and unlocking the door manually etc. I scanned the car and ensured that the ECM is communicating and there are no codes. Any thoughts?
