Driver camshaft and bank 2 solenoid
My 2005 G35x driver side camshaft sensor supposedly went bad. Symtoms include hard starts and my car suddenly stalling in the middle of the road so i replaced it with a sensor from rockauto. This cleared the SES light and I had no issues driving 500km to Detroit and back. about a month later the SES came back on and sometimes the SLIP and VDC light would come on. Error code p0345 came on again. I decided to replace it with a new one I bought directly from a Nissan dealership. After installing it the SES light comes on and error code 0021 comes on. I swapped back the rockauto sensor and it'll drive fine for a bit before the p0345 codes comes on. Swapping back the Nissan camshaft sensor results in only the p0021 code popping up. Does the bank 2 solenoid really have an issue or is the camshaft sensor from Nissan at fault? I'd really want to solve this issue soon since I'm overdue for an emissions test.

trouble code 0021
I first got the 0345 code and I replaced the camshaft position sensor bank 2 so I replaced the sensor and now I get the 0021 code. The car is running fine, its not missing and it idles at 700 rpm, it doesn't stall. Please tell me what I should do first, I already changed the oil. Do I need to check for low oil pressure? What is my next step.

What year G35. On the DE motor it's typically the cam actuator solenoid isn't working properly (if you are CERTAIN the phase sensor works, if you used a non-OEM one I strongly suggest getting the actual Nissan sensor). It's driven off oil pressure so you should definitely check your oil level to make sure you're not low, these engines usually consume oil. If you have the HR motor it's usually the gasket for the cam solenoid because it's made out of paper and is frequently known to blow out thus causing pressure to drop and not advance the cam properly.
I also recommend getting your battery and the cables cleaned up on it since this is just a big computer and electrical resistance screws things up as well.
