I bought a turbo'd G35 with a stock ECU and tune. What do I need to take it to a shop and have them tune it for me. I've read conflicting responses, If i go with Osiris uprev, do i need the uprev MAF, or just a cable and license? Also will Uprev work with the stock ecu, my last car was a turbo'd del sol with hondataP300 and a USB cable for tuning.

 

Yes Uprev will work. You will want to work with a tuner that has experience in Osiris.

The MAF from them allows for more accurate readings at much higher flow.

 

Uprev will work fine, depending on your power levels you MAY need an upgraded MAF. Stock block power levels are usually fine with the stock MAF. Any competent tuner can figure out the Uprev software pretty quickly, unless you're a 5AT.. then it gets tricky
