Water in Engine please help!!

i have a 2005 g35 coupe 6sp with 142km with a CAI. today i was driving and it started storming pretty bad. Well as i was going through a puddle that wasn't even up to my bumper the car stalled. I tried to restart it and nothing. Gave it a extremely light push start and it just stopped dead then pushed it into a parking lot.

I decided to do a spark plug change since i was pulling them out anyway because i had to do that in order to manually crank over the engine. It started pissing out water which i then got pretty much all of it out. Then i replaced the spark plugs but noticed it was running like ****. * these aren't torqued on just manually tightened*.

The next symptoms i noticed was white smoke and water coming out of my exhaust. plus the service engine soon light was flasing on for a bit then off for awhile. Then it came on solid and went to just flashing the rest of the way home.

What should i do besides an oil change and torque the spark plugs? Think anything is bent or the engine is toast?

First get rid of the cai. Next change spark plugs and flush and fill everything. Hopefully the motor's not toast but, I'd start pricing another one just in case you need it.
