Angry 2004 Infiniti G35 coup

Hi Guys i need some help!!

My Problem:
I turned my car on this morning and had the Service Engine Soon light along wit the VDC PFF and SLIP Light all on. I was late for work so i drove the car like that and the car was driving just fine. I was going about 120 km/h on the highway and engine was running smooth. Some other threads i read that have had similar problems were having power losses and car was not accelerating, and car was acting weird, but for me everything runs as it should but the lights are on. Any one have any ideas as to what is going on??? Thanks

Please do not add brake fluid. Typically, no car should ever need brake fluid added except when changing the fluid.

The only way to find out what is going on is to retrieve the trouble code by connecting a OBD scanner to the vehicle. I can tell you, if all three lights are on, it's a good indication a serious fault was found by the computer and you should not be driving the vehicle because you can cause damage to your vehicle.

Ok guys i have an update on the problem, i read on other threads that if the gas cap was on tightened that the lights would come on, sure enough i did not have the gas cap on and once i tightened it the VDC and SLIP light turned off but the SERVICE ENGINE SOON LIGHT is still on. Any thoughts on why the service light is still on?? Thanks

One the engine light is on it takes about 200 miles of driving before it resets. It should go off, but it takes a little while.

wondering if the flywheel was re-installed properly when the clutch was installed. if i'm not mistaken there is a dowel on the crank that will properly locate the mark on the flywheel for the TDC sensor, but maybe it was removed and is out of time now as a result??
