Z32 twin turbo motor in a g35 coupe

Has anybody ever seen or heard of somebody putting a twin turbo motor out of a 300zx into a g35 coupe? I'm assuming it can be done but I'm not about to start doing a lot of cutting and modifications to my engine bay. I found a built 300zx motor putting out around 650 horse and I'm just doing some brain storming.....

I really hope that was a joke...

Don't get me wrong, I understand the RB and J setups have trials and errors by the thousands. So much so that you can set a "price" and know exactly how much power you'll be making and how much you wont. Truth is " There's no replacement for displacement "

Sure it'll be a bit more experimenting but with the amount of money he's going to need to invest to swap over the VG30 along with the initial purchase of the engine it'll be pointless. You can invest all that cash into a VQ and piece together a decent turbo kit and you'll be smashing numbers. Regardless he's going to have to invest into a FUEL upgrade along with other essential parts. VQ on boost will provide more torque.

Truth is OP what is your goal? It'll always come down to that question. If your goal is to have a unique car that seldom people have then perhaps that VG would be the ideal way to go and that goes saying your getting the motor for a great deal.

^depending on how much he's buying the engine for that's doubtful. the VG like the RB and 2JZ was intended to be boosted from the factory. add to that more popularity among tuners and it's generally easier to go with the turbo engines. and few VQ's have reached the 650hp level plenty of the aforementioned engines have.
