Shuddering at start after new plugs?

I just got my car back from the mechanic, and after that, I've been having issues with my car starting. Before I took it to him, I guess one of my ignition coils went bad so it was misfirring in cyl 4. I took it to him and he said that it would be a great idea to change the plugs as well. So I got all 6 plugs replaced with an ignition coil. Now when I start my car, I get a really rough start. Takes 3 seconds to get the engine going and shakes the car for a good 10 - 15 seconds (like its misfiring) then just stops. It's only most of the time because sometimes it starts just like new, but other times, its like that.

I can normally get it after it was sitting for 10 to 15 minutes, or overnight.

Any suggestions? My car has 118,000 miles on it, just ticked over. I'm trying to sell it also, so I need to get this fixed.

Oh no... Oh no.. Just recently I noticed white smoke on start up. Wasn't vapor.. Just white smoke, then it all goes away when it warmed it up so I thought that was odd..

Since it was cold outside today, I turned on my heater. The heater would keep cycling from hot and cold. When I would accelerate, it would blow hot, but when I would coats or stop, it would blow cold.

I then took a look at my reservoir.. and I almost shuddered.. Coolant level has risen, has flakes, and is kinda brownish at the bottom.

This just happened while I'm trying to sell the car.. What the hell should I do..?! I'm thinking HG, but I don't want to even think about that and the price of labor for this car. Just got my plugs replaced and it was nearly $400. It still drives.. But I just don't know what to do. Any advice? I did get plugs changed when it started misfiring, then after that it started doing this.

Check for Loose vac hoses.`

Check for cam sensors to be properly secured with their harness.
