Help Changing radiator hoses

Can anyone give me tips on changing out radiator hoses? Just got the Mishimoto hose kit and need advice on changing them out with minimal coolant leakage.

You're going to have a mess regardless. I'd try the top hose with a bucket underneath. When you do the bottom leave the cap in, so it doesn't flow out as fast. You're going to have to bleed the system anyway, so might as well just go with all new coolant.
