04 g35 MT, RPM at 800 even on neutral, help!

Hi any help would be great I'm really lost with the RPM problem, its been two months since I bought the infiniti from a private seller everything seemed good and had recently replaced its clutch. But since yesterday I let go of the clutch on accident when parking and I noticed the rpm was high when on netural it started off at 1000 then dropped slowly but stopped at 800 so then I decided to test if it would work on higher gears. I started on 1st and I let go of clutch and it would go as if I was giving it gas without me giving gas... same thing happened on the rest of the gears please help!!!

Yes the AC was on at first and then I turned it off and tried again and it still stayed at 800?

I know for sure on my 5AT whenever the AC is on it likes to idle at 800RPM rather than the standard 650(+/-50). Not sure if the same applies for MT's, probably does.
