Hello guys and gals i recently bought a 04 g35 coupe 5at and it has the annoying lifter tick noise on the passengers side of the engine. So Ive read that the valve shim buckets wear and cause this sometimes so i decided to measure the clearances. All of them read from .012-.013 except one on the exhaust side i had to put a total of .038 to get the light drag equivalent to the others which were in spec. My question is where do i order replacements? and since the specs are .012-.015 do i need .026 oversize? i called the dealer and they said that they had no clue what size because they didn't use same measurement as i did and only thing he could tell me is that they offer over 50 sizes.What do i do now??! im tired of having a ticking g lol thanks
