High Milage 05 G35 Sedan AT - Light Mod Questions

Hello! I have a relatively high milage (129k) '05 G35 Sedan with AT. This is a daily driver for long 60 mile work drives through hills and streets. I don't have a lot of car knowledge, so bear with me. Been reading through the forums / Looking for comprehensive recommendations on a light-mid mod package.

Goal:
Light-mid range engine mods to increase performance while keeping added noise to a moderate level (trying to stay away from loud exhausts / raspy / drone sounds) - growls are great. Need to stay CA Legal

Intake - Open to suggestions? K&N Typhoon looks great, would love input "quiet" intake options.
Exhaust - Motordyne looks great - only see coupe style Exhausts? Would love to stick with the "stock look", something like the Magnaflow? Stillen Gen2? Still seem louder..
Y-Pipe, Mid-Pipe, etc. - ? HKS? Steal from Coupe?
Spacer - Cool, although I see that the 05 AT Sedan does not have Rev-Up therefor does not support MREV? I could be wrong? Do I have other options?
Fuel - I'm assuming no fuel mods are required for basic intake changes, perhaps just a tune, recommendations on flash updates, computers?

Since you're the expert - would I be missing anything that wouldn't push this outside of a daily driver scope?

I'll save this for the correct Suspension thread - however, just to mention I am also looking to do Bilstein suspension upgrades (shocks need replacing anyway), front and rear light sway bars. Lots of tight turns where I roam .

Cool, very close. If you want an intake that looks good then go for the Typhoon, Injen, or DC. You you want performance, I offer a setup that will give you great gains without the obvious risks of typical cold-air intakes.

You not need the MREV2 but a 5/16" space will give nice gains

One of my grounding kits will also improve the throttle response and make the automatic/manual shifting much faster and smoother.

I offer install on everything too so send me a PM if you are interested in anything I mentioned.

Everything that Sean posted ^ you could get a coupe mid pipe, that makes a sedan exhaust sound better. With your high mileage sedan my first concern would be maintenance, making sure all your fluids were super clean and your suspension was in good condition...nothing lose or worn!

Thanks for the input guys. Definitely appreciate it. I'll PM you SxExCx. What are your thoughts on Gary's comment regarding a Coupe Mid-Pipe? Worth the effort? I like the idea of better sounding exhaust, however, does this add any performance or optimization? Recommendations on spacer manufacturer?

I change the fluids, filters, etc. religiously on this car (just changed on Sat), it's basically a tank. Never once had an issue with anything on the car. Except maybe the window electronics (randomly).

With the install of the intake (SxExCx or others), Mid-Pipe, Spacer - Should I be concerned with the MAF? Will the additional airflow cause the SES light to come on? Would this need to be tuned? Does there need to be a MAF adapter put in place (suppose that might be a hard answer, depends on intake..?)?

Thanks again guys!!

No need for fuel mods on a basic N/A setup. The stock MAF will be fine with bolt-ons. Motordyne makes the plenum spacers and Uprev (Osiris) is what you should tune with. Over the counter CAI's aren't really worth it, customizing the stock box as a cold/ram air setup is the best route.
