Exclamation Help! Oil Dipstick broke off inside How to get it out?

I was pulling on the dipstick not even that hard and suddenly only half of it came out, I marked how much of it came out in this picture

Has anyone experienced this before? Is there any way for me to get the other half out?

How dangerous is it to have it in there like that?

Would I be able to access the other end of the dipstick if I pull off the oil pan and pull it out that way?

This may or may not work.
Try using a magnetic pick up tool to hopefully pull the remaining out. Not sure if any part of it is still showing though so my idea may not work at all.

I've never done it on a VQ, so pardon my ignorance, but I would try pulling the dipstick tube out first and seeing if it could be extracted that way. I'd check that before dropping the oil pan
