Sucked water through turbo

well last night i was driving a friend of mine back onto base when a wild flood zone appeared. not seeing it in time due to it being night i smacked into the probably 8 inches of water tons smoke everywhere.

i got through it and the car idled ROUGH. soon however the idle began to smooth out and after 15 minutes the idle was fine i gradually revved it and the ecu let me past the safe mode range fine little bit of smoke came out bov then that stopped as well .

i babied the car onto base and then home let her sit over night to dry it out. today started fine worked fine however i noticed a lack of power in it so i figured i was getting a misfire it wasn't lacking hugely and there wasn't any large vibrations or anything but when i had it checked at auto zone i was reading a misfire on cylinder 2.

bought 6 all new spark plugs and will put them in before driving again. any other recommendations? did i just turn my engine into a time bomb? or am i okay? tips? things i need to check or do?

Time is the best healer. Just let the car sit a few days and let the water evaporate...

I dropped my phone in the sink once so I put it in a bowl of rice. Any chance you're in japan?
