AT Fluid leaking and smoke/steam coming from right side of engine.

So I've just replaced my radiator and everything's been fine except that my check engine light has been on ever since. I was wondering what could be the problem. So I was heading to class today trying to find parking and I notice my car doesn't accelerate in response to the gas pedal being stepped on. (Only my RPM responded normally). I've searched Google and tried finding what could be the problem but nothing comes. If anything I am guessing it's my auto transmission going out. What do you guys think could be the problem?

2003 Coupe ATM 144k stock.
I'm the 5th owner... And this car was obv neglected. Just want a MT or getting a motorcycle.

Did you hook the at trans fluid lines back up? The Sedan has the hoses connected to the radiator. Not to sure about the coupe.

Yeah I did. I will have to check again to see if it could have slipped off. I wire screwed it on pretty tight and drove around for a couple days. Had my car towed, but I'll see. Thanks though!
