P1078

Hey guys, I have a code on my 2005 G35. It's the P1078 Sensor, it reads:

Definition:
Exhaust valve timing control position sensor
Circuit – bank 1

Probable cause:
Blocked oil passages to actuator
Cam/Crank sensor fault
Actuator faulty
Engine mechanical condition
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I barely know much about this code even though I've read online and searched the forums.
Some suggestions were to replace this part of the car, the cam shaft sensor:
23731-AL61A, and I was just wondering if that was correct.

That is the camshaft position sensor in your part description.
Bank 1 being the driver side one. But I'd buy an oem replacement.
