Cam timing chain play

Hi all doing my oil galley gaskets and noticed that my secondary timing chains have some play in them
Is this normal ?

I know the tensioner are driven by ojl pressure but these just seem really loose to me. They do tighten up if I rotate them briefly.

Drivers side

Passenger side

No noise at high rpm. It did make a knock/tap type noise only at idle but I assume that is because my oil galley gaskets were blown out and I was seeing 12psi at idle.

Should I replace them anyway since I'm in there or do you think they are fine ?
