wot box set up (coil wires)

im sorry if im in the wrong thread but. i figured this was more a performance mod then just general electronics but any who. who ever has a wot box hope can help me out.

ive connected every thing as in the instructions on http://www.npcompleteperformance.com...x/instructions

the only connections im having trouble with are the coil wires. in the picture it shows 2 wires being connected to the red and black wire of the wot box and the red wire (12 volts) going to the ecu. but in the instuctions they only tell you to connect 1 wire to the coil side (red and black ) and the other to the ecu side (solid red) . the program reads that im getting all signals from the crank sensor(rpms) and clutch as well as throttle can some one shed some light on what im doing wrong? what are those 2 wires ?

thanks in advance
