2003 G35 Coupe 6MT
P0340-Camshaft Sensor

I'm the original owner of 03 G35 Coupe / 6MT. Today, all of a sudden during idle at a stoplight, the car shutdown. It took a few moments, about 10 cranks to get the car started again.
I'm ordering a new OEM Camshaft Sensor and Crankshaft Sensor (although there is no current codes). I think it's a good idea to replace both.
Any recommendations are welcome. Thanks everyone.

If it were me I wouldn't just start replacing parts without a reason. Car shutting off could be from a variety of reasons so find out the issue then act appropriately. If you do need to order any of the sensors you mentioned, get OEM only. A little more pricey but a lot of times our cars don't play nice with aftermarkets. I recently bought an OEM Bank 1 Cam sensor from Amazon for $73 shipped so you don't necessarily have to pay ridiculous dealer prices.
