new fan clutch + fan blade is on, first start was on a cold night (55~F) and the bad grinding noise is gone, the fan however is extremely loud, could this be because the fluid inside of the fan clutch has not had a chance to warm up and move around?

 

Our fans are notorious for being loud. Is the new one louder than the old one in your opinion?

 

I think I was just caught off guard to how loud it was, it seems to be working fine.
