bought this car for $1,300. Gentleman I got it from was over it and couldn't get it fixed. The problem is the IPDM or TB/TBM. Car cranks and runs, high idle and in limp mode.

I did the wiring ring diagnosis and pinned the ECM, ipdm, and relay to see where my problem was. Found the ECM was communicating with ipdm but ipdm not sending single to TB. Swapped ipdm today, did the reset process, and still idles around 1,000 and only revs to 2,000. Hope to dig into the diagnosis again tomorrow to see if the same problem is there or if something else is there not that I took care of previous ipdm problem.

Any how, love the little car, my wife is slowly falling in love with it too. Bought it to fix and flip but I don't know if she will still let me sell it after it runs right lmao.
