G35 2005 6MT Knocking noise

Hi guys, I have a used G35 2005 6MT with 80,000 miles. I bought it a month ago and everything was fine exept for the oil consumption. A ticking/knocking noise appear not so long ago so I tried to add 1 liters of oil and it fixed but after a week it came back ... I know its not the exhaust and the fuel dampers not making noise when i use my tool to hear noises from engine (dunno the name) I can't find a post that exactly explain my problem but the knocking begin as soon as the engine start, and continue when im driving and its so painfull for my heart haha, when im accelerating its not making the knocking but when im decelarating it does and when i hit the clutch too.

I'll go to nissan dealership tomorrow but if somebody knows my problem right now i can fix it myself (im a good mecanic so i don't want to waste money on garage)

Thanks !

Phil

Could be the timing chain tensioner.

It sounds like the beginning of a rod knocking. A first it comes and goes and isn't very loud but as it gets worse it gets louder and more constant. Probably not what you want to hear but I'd get a professional opinion to diagnose it properly.

Yeah sure if you're saying it can be a rod i'll go to a professionnal, I want to add something that I discovered, when i'm starting it, and makes the noise but after I hit the highway the noise disapear like totally... I'll start the car later today and see if it's back
