Loud whine from engine

I have an 06 g35x sedan 130k miles..in the kast week ive been hearing a loud whine upon start up...sometimes after 30 secs or so it goes away..but it went it comes back it just as loud if not louder...also when i turn steering wheel (in park) it gets louder...i thought it was the belts or pulleys at first..sprayed wd40 on them but that wasnt the problem..i need assistance if possible

Spraying the belts with something greasy like WD-40 will only make things worse and cause the belts to deteriorate quicker as well as attract a lot of dust in to everything that gets over sprayed. Check you PS fluid levels, whine is usually the pump.
