another p0011....

so the story begins with the 2004 g35 has been sitting for aprox 2 years. i bought it and drove it home. the car is tuned through uprev, has catback exhaust , kinetix upper intake manifold. i first changed the oil three times to flush out all of the oil that has been just sitting. i had two codes for the crank and cam sensor on bank 1. i hace replaced the crank and cam sensors but now after replacing those i am battling the p0011 code. i then replaced the int/v solenoid for bank one as well. when i am monitoring the data through cipher , bank one int/v is staying at -30 at idle while bank 2 is at -5. if i unplug the cam sensor bank 1 i will only have the p0340 code and the int/v stays at a +60 value. since the p0011 code i am also getting a p0037 for b1 s2 oxygen sesor. i have pulled the transmission to ensure the flywheel was installed correctly because the clutch was replaced about 5k before it was parked for 2 years. would you guys think it is the gasket that is common for blowing out behind the timing cover? any other test i can do before tackling the timing cover? the cars starts and runs fine just with very low power.

I might add that my cooling fans are not working. I am wondering if I have a wiring issue going on?
