Fan failure is very common on our cars, especially those with higher mileage. I would rule out an issue with the radiator since your fluid levels remain constant but watch it in the near future. They are prone to developing small cracks that grow with time and will necessitate replacement at some point down the road. My 05 started developing temp issues at about 130K miles last year and it turned out to be the fans. One started dying, working one day and then not the next before it completely died then the other started acting up. The fan relays can be troublesome as well so I tested mine and they were fine. Bought a new fan assembly from RockAuto for less than $90 shipped to my door and it literally took me 30 minutes to swap out the old one. Car has been running perfectly for the last 800 miles so it seems to have fixed the issue. I replaced the radiator last year as well and the thermostat so hopefully I won't have any more cooling issues any time soon.

Infiniti Dealership Said

it was some kind of Engine Buzzer but that they didn't even know exactly.

so strange that the Service Manuals don't show it or list it.

Definitely possible it was part of an aftermarket alarm someone installed.
