Help needed. Valve cover hose broke

Replaced the valve covers today and had a hard time removing the hose that connects the two valve covers(Number 1 in the diagram below). It tore while putting it back on and can't be used. Is this just a standard hose that can be bought at an auto parts store? The fsm states to install it with the identification paint facing up. I don't see any paint on the hose. I'd like to have my car for tomorrow so any help is appreciated

As a bandaid fix to make it you can just go down to any auto parts store and pick up a couple feet of generic pcv hose (or fuel injection line) of the proper diameter, two 90 degree fittings and a few hose clamps. As a permanent solution you should replace the crappy rubber one with something like this.

Its only there to equalize the pressure between both heads, any hose will do.
