Installing 440cc injectors on stock tune, what is the effect?

Background info
  • Supercharged Z, with a stock fuelmaps & a walbro 255 in the tank
  • I will be tuning it soon
  • AF is about 12.5:1 at 3000 RPM (~1lb boost), and decreases to about 10:1 at redline (6lb boost)
  • Before bringing it in for a tune, I want to install the DW 440cc injectors I purchased
  • The tuning shop is about 100 miles away
I'm just wondering what the effect will be if I install these on the stock fuel maps.
  • Will it just increase my fuel delivery by 33% over stock?
  • If so, how badly wold that crush my AF ratio's? Would it still be driveable?
  • How would it effect driving at partial throttle?

One of the biggest problems with excessive fuel is not just the consumption but the WASH OUT.

You'll cause gas to seep into the crankcase and wash out the viscosity of the oil.

Always TUNE after any air/fuel mods.
