Rain shorted out horn relay under hood

So this past weekend we got a storm it hasnt rained this hard since i got the car so anyway next morning i go to start it and it’s completely dead i thought that was weird and jump started it and went got coffee came home and thought that was the end. 3 hours went by and i wanted to go check and see if it was dead again and sure enough it was so i jump start it again and for some reason i hit the horn and when i did that sucker lit up and didnt want to stfu so here i go eunning to my garage to grab a ten mill to disconnect the battery. I pull the horn relay and let it sit again for another few hours and went back up and she started up no issues so now my concern is how did that get wet when its under 2 covers and what can i do to prevent that fuse box from getting wet. The whole thing was pretty funny to be honest

Clean and enlarge the drain under the cowl so water doesn't waterfall off onto the IPDM when it's raining. Your drains are probably 100% clogged.
